Refund and Return Policy
All products have a 90-day return policy.
TOTAL WoodCare will not accept return of any products that have been open, used, mishandled or damaged after delivery. If a product arrives damaged from shipment, refuse delivery when possible and call us at 1-800-617-8246 immediately to receive proper credit or replacement.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to stains, sealants and caulking.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to chinking products, and all other specialty products and supplies.
